I am student at Kennesaw State University studying Entrepreneurship. I ended up choosing that major because one day I stumbled into a local specialty coffee shop and I was hooked. It became a dream of mine to one day own my own cafe, to serve my own drinks, and to create my own company culture and community.
I’ve been working in coffee for two years, and it is one of my biggest passions. I feel as though there is always something new to learn about coffee. Currently, I am the cafe manager of the shop that I work at, Peach Coffee Roasters, in Johns Creek, GA.
The purpose of this blog is to help myself and others learn more about the specialty coffee industry, and the things that I have been learning in my time in coffee, which could be anything from small business operations to online product SEO to sustainability!
